Tacos y Hot Dogs Los Mayitos began with a simple mission: to bring bold, border-style street food to everyday eaters in Mesa. Inspired by traditional night markets and backyard grills, the restaurant blends classic flavors with creative twists — from fully loaded hot dogs layered with beans, guac, and grilled onions, to crave-worthy tacos and birria plates that go beyond the usual. What started as a local favorite quickly built a loyal following, known for generous portions, stacked combos, and late-night comfort food that hits every time.
